Arlo C. Gonser
Senior Consultant, EQF Marketing Director
Arlo Gonser (born 1970) holds a Master’s degree and a Swiss federal certificate in marketing from HSG/SAWI. Prior to founding Kustom Consulting in 2012, his career highlights include senior marketing and sales functions at the Mercedes-Benz Car Group, at Aprilia, Triumph, Ducati and Harley-Davidson.
Arlo is an automotive expert with considerable experience in various other industries. He is a licensed, trained and very experienced Insights® Discovery practitioner in the field of people and team development. He is fluent in English, German, French and Italian.

Dominique Collet
Senior Consultant, EQF Marketing Director
Dominique Collet (born 1981) holds a master‘s degree in marketing from the ZfU International Business School. Before joining Kustom Consulting in 2015, he was Network Development and Marketing Manager as well as a member of Harley-Davidson’s EMEA Marketing Strategy Team.
Dominique is a sales and marketing expert with additional expertise in people development and strategy implementation. He is a trained executive coach and is fluent in English, German and French.

Raúl Gómez
Senior Consultant Certified in Andragogy
Raúl Gómez (born 1969) holds a Swiss federal certificate in andragogy from Lernwerkstatt Olten. Before joining Kustom Consulting in 2019, he was Head of Business Training at a high-tech corporation with a workforce in excess of 7,000. Previously, for more than twenty years, he worked as a valued consultant and coach in the management, marketing and sales sectors of financial services companies.
Raúl is a learning & development expert with years of experience in the development of managers and employees at international corporations. He is a licensed and highly trained MBTI® practitioner in the field of personal and team development and is fluent in English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.
